Order cancellation

  • You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order if it has not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please do not refuse delivery; two‑way shipping charges may apply.

Returns and exchanges

  • You can request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, wrong/short item, or size issues (where applicable).

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Unboxing video/photos are mandatory for damage/shortage claims.

Non‑returnable items

  • Hygiene‑sensitive items (e.g., earrings/innerwear), customized products, and used/washed items.

How to request
Email support@timecraze.in with your Order ID, issue details, and proof (photos/video). After approval, we will arrange a pickup where available or share self‑ship instructions.

Refunds
After the returned item passes quality check, refunds are issued to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. Shipping/handling fees are non‑refundable unless the error is ours.

Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, we can exchange for the same product/size. Any price difference will be adjusted.
